Windows 10: Games excessive flickering and strong coil whine. Kinda fixed still need help.

Hey guys, Ive experienced alot of problems with games flickering to a point where I can see my taskbar for a split second, it would also happen everytime I clicked the mouse making it unplayable. Nothing from drivers to settings seem to work until I change the properties of the game.exe's to run in compatibility mode for windows 8. I was also experienced heavy coil whine from by pc. compatibility mode for windows 8 fixed the issue but I cant use features like RTX anymore so? and yes, it just started one day doing that. randomly. Coil whine fix

I have been getting coil whine on my hp probook 430 g5 after the windows update and when i turn on the backlight of my keyboard it stops the coil whine but if I turn it off it starts whining

The coil whine when idle makes the noise but when at 70 or 80 it stops but what i don't get is why is it when the backlight is on the coil whine stops

This is not coil whine, coil whine is a high pitch sound, it looks like the fan is hitting the border of the cooler. It happens while gaming because the fan runs faster due to the higher temperature.
