Windows 10: Games have suddenly stopped saving

Hi, I'm hoping someone can tell me why my games have stopped saving all of a sudden. As far as I know nothing has changed on my computer other than an update a short while ago. None of my installed games save my progress anymore, including on my Big Fish Game Manager. I have found out that I can right click the shortcut and choose the option run as administrator, but this doesn't fix it permanently, so if I don't keep doing that every time I open the game, it doesn't save again. Really frustrating and I can't understand how this has only just started after playing games for may years. Does an

Games folder suddenly empty Windows 10

Using Windows 10. This morning the games folder was suddenly empty. I found instructions that were for Windows 7 on how to turn on games, and tried to use the same method, but when I went to "turn windows features on and off" in the Windows 10 control
panel, 'games' isn't on the list. Any suggestions?

 

PrtScn Suddenly Stopped Working

I've had my Surface 2 for two years. To save a screenshot all I ever had to do was press the PrtScn button. Suddenly, today, it's stopped working. A quick Google shows people suggesting that I use the Windows button in conjunction with the PrtScn button,
that works... but doesn't solve the issue really. Why has a process that's worked flawlessly for two years suddenly stop working?

I understand that the game doesn’t save the progress made on your account, I suggest to follow the steps given below.

• Please navigate to:
  C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Packages.
  
• Under Packages folder, locate the file
  Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame
  and move it to some other location.
  
• Relaunch your game and see if you can save the game progress.
  
  If you still face the same issue, I suggest to post your query on
