Windows 10: Games keep crashing after playing for 30 - 60 minutes

Games crash after every 30 minutes on my gaming pc

I got a very powerful gaming pc for about 5 months now and when I started to play games again like fortnite after months of not playing, the game would crash after 30 to 60 minutes or so, unreal engine would say the game has crashed. So I ran it again and after 30 minutes it crashed. This happend about 7 times when playing fortnite on the highest settings possible. After the 6th time I even downgraded my settings but it would still crash after 30 minutes.

The next day I went to go finish the campaign of cod AW also again on the highest settings possible and after 30 to 40 minutes it crashed twice again. Then today I played AW again and it crashed once after 30 minutes then I played cod ghost and after only playing 15 to 30 minutes the game crashed also on the highest settings.

I have everything updated my gpu drivers, windows settings, etc but nothing worked this has been an occurring issue now and I don't know how to fix this. Below our my specs of my pc and I have very powerful hardware that can play Aw, ghost, and fortnite on max settings especially the old cod games so I don't know why games are crashing. This has never happened before when I used to play games. Any advice to fix this would be appreciated.

Sea of thieves crashes after 15 minutes or 30 minutes

The game is closing for me and some friends and we literally set a timer for it, it crashes in 15 minutes almost everytime, and some time in 30 minutes and we have tried a lot of solutions like the Windows Powershell, checking the graphics, playing alone
or coop, and we always get kicked and the game is unplayable like this, we want to know the solution or at least know if they are working on it because we have been playing since the game start waiting every day for this issue to get fixed. We havent encounter
another issues like the "beard" kind issues but like now the game is unplayable for us.

 

Pc starts lagging after 10-30 minutes of gaming depending on game.

So recently my pc started lagging after playing a game for around 10-30 minutes. on warthunder it tends to be 30 minutes but a game like apex legends already after 10 minutes. My GPU temprature is around 60-70 degrees Celsius. The gpu drops down to 1-5% of usage and then the lagging starts the fps is then around 10-20. i do game on a laptop but its elevetad so there can be more air flow. i have treid resseting my pc updating drives for GPU but nothing seems to work, so my question is can somebody help me fix this issue so can game normaly again!!
