Windows 10: Games keep crashing in my laptop

I have a Lenovo-LOQ windows 11 laptop with specification Intel i65-12450HX 2.4 ghz processor, 12 gb RAM, 6 gb RTX 2050 graphic card, 64 bit operating system. I don't play regularly. I played Far Cry 5 and Rise of the tomb rider in high setting and the games ran smoothly. By recently I Installed Mafia 3 by it wont start in full screen and after playing for about 30 mins the game started lagging like it was just running in slow motion, so I uninstalled it and downloaded Just Cause 3. Just cause 3 runs smoothly for 10-15 mins and then suddenly crashes. I have played these games in my last laptop

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Oxymoron that is.... Your saying doubtful it would overheat but recommend he blows the dust with compressed air and recommend a laptop cooler. Now thats hilarious. Just saying.... I think you just said what I did but took the mantainence a step further.
