Windows 10: Games lagging in certain periods

Like the question title says, I spot in 2023/4/17 that my games start to lag after i play them in certain periodsand it happen in every game i dont know if this problem are because of windows update or its in my cpu or gpumy specs are:geforce 9400gtintel core i2 quad8 gb ram1tb hard drivei really need help in this

Game/Website being laggy after a certain period

After a certain period of time and a very short time my game whatever I am playing will lag and when I go but on my website whatever I was doing if I were to swap tabs it would be delayed I have already tried fully resetting my computer and switching my internet

Random lag spikes

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
