Windows 10: Games launch in background processes then take at least 10 minutes to launch

like said in title any and all games with launchers all modern games tend to have launchers itll sit in the background process for about 5-10 minutes before loading up to just a black screen or constant not responding prompts!! even closing the application are a process i have to close them multiple ways before it actually closes. this all started yesterday morning when i got on my PC to livestream.

I would like to inform that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86,
usually occupy 1 GB of the storage space.

I suggest you to run disk cleanup to free the memory: Free up drive space in Windows 10
and check.
