Windows 10: Games microstutter online valorant, csgo, etc...

Hello,I've been trying to fix this issue for almost 2 years, and I still need help to fix it.When I game offline, all my games run smoothbut not always, but when I play games online, I get micro stutters almost like motion blur like stuttering, and the micro stutters add input lag to the games. Teammates and enemies sometimes seem like they have either fast or uneven movement making it unusually harder to react and track them. GSYNC does NOT help the issue. I've tried to disable Fullscreen optimizations, and high dpi scaling override, those setting did not work.My current pc is the followi

Thanks for reporting the issue. We recently added this feature (visible Game Bar on full-screen games) based on customer feedback. We did test a wide range of hardware, so I'm surprised to hear this isn't working for you. Here's what I suggest:

• Record a video of your monitor, of you launching CS:GO and it crashing.
• Grab a screenshot of your CSGO game settings if you can (you might need an older build or a different machine).
• From Start, launch dxdiag.exe and save all information to dxdiag.txt
• Launch the Feedback Hub, go to the Apps & Games category, Game DVR subcategory.
• Add new feedback, mark it as a Problem (important).
• Attach the video, the screenshot and the dxdiag file.
• Click the "Begin monitoring" button & try to launch CSGO again.
• Click the "Stop monitoring" button after CSGO has crashed.
• Click the "Submit" button to send the bug to us.

Thanks for helping us narrow down the issue. If we get the right set of logs from your bug, we can identify the cause for the crash quicker and start working on a fix.

Forgot to feedback about this issue.

Actually I have found the reason. As a pro player, I use -refresh 144 in autoexec.cfg file to lock the refresh rate.

After I deleted it, I could play csgo and record game as always. Then I tried to re-add this to game, I found CSGO still worked well. But sometimes this game bar told me that it find nothing to record while I am running csgo, even just I have finished a
part record.

 

BSOD while playing online games(CSGO, Valorant)

Hello there, I'm having a problem. My PC crashes while I'm playing online games like(CSGO, Valorant). I had same problem with old PC and now I have a "NEW" one, EXCEPT my GPU which one is from old computer. I think the problem is hiding behind GPU. I'm having freezes/crashes for few months. As I said, it started on old PC and I'm kinda sure that it happened when I updated GPU drivers to the latest version. However, somehow I fixed that problem until I bought new PC and installed GPU into it. I tried the latest drivers, the oldest ones, intermediate but nothing helped(used DDU). Almost always my pc freezes 3-5 times in a row(while playing CSGO: I join server, my PC freezes for 3-4 minutes until it restarts or I shutdown it manually, after few tries I'm able to play on server, but sometimes pc crashes again and I repeat the process), but sometimes after that I can play all day without PC freezes/crashes. I feel like I checked every theme about it on the net. Sometimes BSOD errors wouldn't be the same, but today PC crashed again while playing CSGO and I got minidump file which one I want to share. It seems that problem is hiding behind ntoskrnl.sys/.exe, ntkrnlmp.sys or nvlddmkm.sys files.

EDIT:
I can play Red Dead Redemption 2 Singleplayer without problems(I think it uses more GPU). Maybe it is possible that network connection somehow faulty?
