Windows 10: Games missing from Library in store and order history

Hi,I have passes for both Xbox and PC.When I go into Library in the Microsoft Store, it says I have no games.If I go into order history, there is nothing there either.The games are still present on the devices, but obviously if I get new devices or uninstall them, all the games I have paid for will be gone.The following games are missing from my Library for PC.Flight SimulatorSniper Elite 5A Plague Requiem StoryLego Star Wars - The Skywalker SagaWreckfestFortnite+ more on the Xbox.Please can these be restored to my account.Thank you,Paul Lee

game disappeared from windows library, still shows up in order history it was minecraft for windows 10 when i go to the game page it tells me to buy it

 

Order History missing the Product key/Install option

These licenses are normally Digital, installed by signing in with the account which purchased them and applying them from Microsoft Store > My Library.

Do you have the orders showing receipts in Order History here:

If so then that's enough to get Support to install them for you, even provide a key if they still do that upon request. Contact Microsoft Support at Contact Us - Microsoft Support. Explain the problem to the Virtual Assistant and keep asking for an agent, to get chat or a call back on week days.

Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.

In order to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps, we will need the details requested below:

• Which game are you referring?
  
• When you say, “game is gone” what happens when you search for the game on the computer?
  
• May I know from where did you download the game i.e. Microsoft Store or any other website?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  

If you have purchased the game from Microsoft Store, you can check the order history. Refer

View your Microsoft Store order history for more information.



If you have downloaded the game from Microsoft Store, you can always download the game again by going to Microsoft Store. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + S, type
   Microsoft Store.
   
2. Click on the Microsoft Store icon to open it.
   
3. Now, click on the search bar on the top right corner and type in the name of the game.
   
4. Click on the game from the search result and select
   Install.
