Windows 10: Games Missing

I own both Sea of Thieves and Forza Horizon 4 on PC but neither show up in my games library or order history on my account. I've checked all of my accounts. I 100% own both of them as I've played them before and have plenty of progress in both games.If I go to Forza.net which is the site for Forza games I can sign in, when I click that it asks me to sign in using a Microsoft account, so I input my exact same details as I have for the Microsoft Store and when I go to Forza Horizon 4 it shows achievements and things which proves that I own the game and on this specific account but for some reaso

Missing apps: Store, People, Photos, Games & Camera on upgrading to 10

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
