Windows 10: Games of all types keep freezing at random intervals on Windows 11

I recently got an msi katana 15 gaming laptop running windows 11. Whenever I play a game, at some point whether it be 15 minutes to a couple hours into a gaming session, the computer will fully freeze and I will need to completely shut the computer down. I am not running particularly high end games, the most intensive game I've run so far is Far Cry 5 which ran completely fine on my old HP OMEN 15. The other games I've run which have crashed are significantly less intensive, including Half Life 2 and Doom 2 running via GZDOOM.The games themselves are running completely fine and my specs ar

Game Freezing and Crashing on Windows 11 - Seeking Troubleshooting Suggestions

I hope you're all doing well. I've recently upgraded to Windows 11 and I'm excited to dive into my favorite games. However, I'm encountering a frustrating issue where the game consistently freezes and crashes at random intervals during gameplay.

I've updated my graphics drivers to the latest version and made sure that my system meets the game's recommended requirements. I've also tried adjusting in-game graphics settings to lower levels, but the problem persists. It's really taking away from my gaming experience.

Has anyone else experienced similar freezing and crashing issues on Windows 11? If so, how did you manage to resolve them? I'm open to any suggestions or troubleshooting steps that might help me get back to smooth and enjoyable gaming sessions.

Computer freezing frequently at random intervals

I'm using windows 10 in my hp Probook 4540s.

My Computer freezes frequently at random intervals of 2 or 3 seconds. If I turn on the PC from first window itself it is behaving like this.

I'm facing this issue for the first time. Why it is happening like this?
What I need to do to solve this issue.

windows 11 freezes in random times when playing games or in desktop and keeps freezing for 1 sec but this is annoying .

when I bought this PC in 2 months ago everything was OK

note: all Temperatures in the Perfect Ranges
