Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

  What happens when you try to play the games with the DirectX 12? Do you get any error message/code? If yes, then provide us the complete error message/code.
  

If you are unable to play games which doesn't support DirectX 12 then, you can manually download the supportable DirectX for the games.

I suggest you to refer to the below article on How to install the latest version of DirectX.

Some games comes with the supported DirectX application embedded within the game's application, so that you can install it manually from the game.

You can also try to open the games in the compatibility mode.

  Right-click on the setup file of the game and click on ‘properties’.

  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed.

Can't buy DirectX 11 required Windows 10 game, have DirectX 12 installed

In order to help you effectively, kindly provide us additional information.

• What is the exact error message you're getting? Could you provide us the screenshot?
• How did you install the DirectX 12? Was it manually, or through Windows Update?

If you install DirectX 12 through Windows Update, then we would suggest that you perform a System Restore to take your computer back to an earlier point in time. It will not affect your personal files, but will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed
after the restore point was made.

After the restore, you may then install DirectX 11 through Windows Update. As there is no stand-alone update package for it.

My PC has Directx 12 but not a single game is detecting it and is not allowing me to play games such as Halo Infinite, every time i open the game it gives me this message "Could not find compatible Graphics Device due to the following missing feature: Hardware Tiled Resources Tier 2. Please ensure you have a DirectX 12 compatible graphics adapter and have installed the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer." also i opened GTA5 and as well it doesn't recognize my Directx 12 , i already updated the drivers from different sources, manually, automatic, windows update, GeForce experience i tried every way to update the drivers and everything seems to be up to date but again when i try to open a game that uses Directx 12 it wont recognize it, even the Xbox Game Bar says that i dont have Directx 12, if you need the DxDiag (Microsoft team) please email me so i can send it to you it has personal data from my pc so i cant upload it here but if its necessary i can provide it (only to a microsoft team member)
