Windows 10: Games on windows game pass locked at 30fps

Hi so i have gamepass ultimate and am trying to play hellblade and rise of the tomb raider but in game im noticing both are locked at 30fps regardless of what settings i have them at and whether i have vsync on or off.

so far i’ve notices its only these two games thats are giving me issues.

If you can’t install Game Pass Games on your PC, follow these suggestions:

Check if you have the right Game Pass

Clear Cache of Xbox Game Pass App

Update to the latest Windows 10 version,viz v1903

Admin privileges for Games

Give Admin privileges for Games

Check Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Repair Game if it keeps crashing or doesn’t work

Cannot Sign in to Xbox Live
