Windows 10: Games permanently dropped fps, fix?

HiSo Ive hit rock bottom with my laptop I really love my lappy as its my firstTo summarize the long story, Im a casual gamer and my games suddenly dropped from 100-200 fps depending on the games to 30-60. I usually just play genshin impact, dragon age inquisition, monster hunter wings of ruin, and farlight which are games with relatively low spec requisites to play. This problem started in december while i was playing farlight which my fps suddenly dropped permanently from 200 to 60 fps, including my other games. I was able to fix this by updating to windows 11 but only for a few days then

For us to properly isolate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, we would like to know the following:

• When was the last time you have installed the latest drivers on your computer as well as the latest game updates?
• Have you checked the CPU temperature while playing games?
• When was the last time you have cleaned your laptop?
• When was the last time you run a full scan on your laptop to check for virus and malware?
