Windows 10: Games run at about 10 FPS after the computer has been on for a few hours

Hello! I am having an issue with windows 11. After my computer has been on for a few hours during the workday and I go to play a game the game studders very hard and I only get about 10 to 15 fps. I am running a 12700k and a rtx 30 70 with 32 GB of ram so the hardware is able to handle it. It will even happen 2d games as well. The performance utilization in task manager is not capping out anywhere so its not a hardware bottleneck or a running out of ram issue. After I restart the PC It works fine until the next day. This is becoming very annoying so any help is appreciated! Thank you!

My games run with horrible fps after upgrading to Windows 10

I own a gaming computer that has never ran into fps problems in the past due to its hardware. Yesterday all of my games played perfectly fine without any form of fps problems. When I updated to windows 10 today I was very excited and after configuring
all my settings I went to play one of my games to find that they now run at a fps so low that I cannot even play my games now! None of my steam games work now. Any suggestions on a fix?
