Windows 10: Games run slow and video quality bad

I had an update 2 days ago and now videos that are downloaded on my computer play in low quality and the 2 games that I play, LOTRO and 7 Days 2 Die are so laggy that I can't play them. The laggyness starts on the splash page and starting screens. I contacted Microsoft and an agent took control of my computer and checked the drivers and said everything was up to date but still nothing works. What's up? Is this a common problem? How do I fix it? I feel like Microsoft ruined my computer.

Bad video quality.

Hello Shawn. Although I appreciate your suggestion, I did just that and the situation hasn t changed. The video quality, regardless of what I set is still washed and looks bad.

Even though everything else looks fine, especially games.

I am fairly convinced that my GPU might have a problem somewhere.

Thank you for the suggestion, at least now I can take one more possible solution off the list.

 

N73 very very BAD VIDEO QUALITY

For what I think that one maybe my last phone from NOKIA

Just because i hope to put my hand over an iPhone-

In fact btw photo taken w. N73 are really nice, (just let us choose how much compress)

So *maybe* they can fix VIDEO in next release?

MAybe is not hardware problem, in fact the bad video (scatter stuff) happen even at 3GP MUCH LOWER quality.

So *MAYBE* is not caused by slow processor, just a software stuff?

I am glad to receive your reply.

It feels like you have tried all the steps that I know about.

So it is suggested that you can remove your current graphics card driver and try to use microsoft basic graphics card.

Also since your resolution itself is 3440X1440, I would like to ask you if it functions properly if you play 1080p or 2K videos.
