Windows 10: Games started crashing suddenly

Hello, I have a problem that showed like one week ago which is about games started crashing suddenly from the last week they keep crashing like every 15 to 25 mins with didn't happened before, in games like GTA or Fortnite I'm getting crashed a lot and when my game is crashing my screen goes black for like 3 to 5 seconds then the screen goes back to normal but after the game crashed when I'm trying to open AMD Radeon Software it won't work and I have to wait a little bit until it restarts and if I have night mode enabled it disables automatically after the game crashes and then I checked Relia

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
