Windows 10: Games started to lag extremely after my pc crashed

Yesterday i was playing a game on my pc, nothing out of ordinary. No errors or anything, but then it suddenly crashed and gave me a blue screen. I couldn't even close the computer so i unplugged it. When i reopened, the said game was so slow that i couldn't even open it. But the problem is not with the game because i checked for other games too and they were slow as well. Im worried it might be a virus so i did a virus analyze on avg antivirus but nothing came up again. Only the games are laggy but it's not like im using my pc for anything else, no one seems to have the same issueRam: 16 gbEmp

My Games Are Constantly Lagging (Most Crash)

All of my games lag and most crash when I try to load into a level, even Steam games, the only exception is Clicker Heroes which doesn't lag at all, games with low visual settings don't crash (Like the game "Rake") but instead lag extremely and it isn't
getting better

Other Info:

It's only affecting my computer (Tried a friend's laptop - no problems so it can't be a problem happening at Valve or Microsoft)

I've tried:

Deleting a lot of stuff on my computer, when I started it was at least 840GB now it's 822 GB, it didn't lag at this level before but it is now

Updating everything on my computer (Including the display drivers)

Verifying the integrity of the game files on Steam

Restarting my computer

Shutting off my computer and turning it back on the next day

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

Talking to Steam Support

Talking to Microsoft support

Switching internet networks

So far nothing was successful

 

Extreme Lag on All Games (Help)


I updated a few days ago to W10 and now whenever I try to use any games eg TS4 and other downloaded games they are EXTREMELY slow even on lowest quality and are unusable. Before I updated my pc I could play them on top quality with no lag whatsoever. Is anyone else with this problem? Help. *Sick
