Windows 10: games tab out with a windows popup sound, but i dont get a popup

for about a week ive been getting a popup sound the ones you get when windows askes if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device but i dont get a popup. it will act like normal popups do, tabbing out your game, and making the sound agian if you press a key.

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware
  

a go.

And I would start with Step 4, resetting your browser
