Windows 10: Games won't open because GamingServices doesn't update

Discus and support Games won't open because GamingServices doesn't update in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I've already looked at other answers, which said to go to regedit and delete the keys for GamingService and GamingServicesNet.     I've already looked at other answers, which said to go to regedit and delete the keys for GamingService and GamingServicesNet. I did that and it didn't work games still wouldn't open, even after restarting the computer multiple times. So, after trying other methods and it not working, I reinstalled windows on the laptop, and even after that, the games still won't open. How to proceed? Do I try to delete GamingServices and GamingServicesNet again, even though it doesn't work before I reinstall Windows?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Office files doesn´t open after Win10 update


    After Win10 update, some of office files won´t open.
    Some .docx and .pptx files especially.

    Any hints on this issue?
