Windows 10: Games won't run after rerolling to Windows 10

I just rerolled from Windows 11 to Windows 10, turned off background activity, and have a cool cpu. Yet, after rerolling, my fps in just the menu of games declined to 1fps, if even. It runs great in everything else and was perfectly fine before the reroll, but now its dying with the task manager saying that 100% of the gpu is used although only 5% is used by the game nothing else is using the gpu, maybe a glitch?. I've updated all the drivers and windows on the Razer blade 15 base, i7-11800, 3070. I haven't done anything to resolve this yet, but im thinking of reinstalling the game. Any sug

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

- When you say 'ive tried troubleshooting', what are you referring to?

- Did you check in compatibility mode?

I suggest to run the game in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Right click on the ‘Setup’ icon for the game and click on properties.
  
• 
  Under Compatibility tab, check the option for ‘Run in Compatibility mode’.
  
• 
  Select Windows 8.1 from the drop down list.
  
• 
  Click on Apply and then OK.
