    Games work fine except cinematics but all other video content stutters on bright areas


    Hi all.I am at my wits' end.Been looking for a similar problem all over the internet for years, hoping to find a solution, but no one seems to have this specific problem.My issue:When panning, all video content stutters heavily in areas where the image is brighter. Dark portions of the same image are fine. I do not have said problem in games, only with video content, regardless if it's streaming or played from local hard drive.I have changed all but the motherboard on my PC, including the monitor, but the issue persists.My current specs:MoBo: Z370 Aorus Gaming K3RAM: 2 x HyperX Predator, 16GB

    Brightness not working on Windows10.

    Hi ,

    On my Dell 5559 Windows 10 , brightness not working.

    Have tried few steps from youtube videos but did not work.

    Please guide.

    Video and gaming stutter

    Ok I have updated to win 10 from 8.1 and since all my videos I watch and games I play stutter. They will be playing fine then do it again about every 30 seconds or so. I'm running an amd r9 280x 3gb gpu. Any help?

    Brightness Control not working in Windows 10

    Hi Ella,

    To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

    • Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
    • See if you can adjust the brightness.

    If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.

    Let us know how it goes.
