Windows 10: Gaming Laptop bluescreening due to keyboard

Hello, thank you for clicking on this and maybe trying to help me or your in the same boat as me! I have been've getting a bluescreen and the root cause of it or the reason I get on the bluescreen was due to the keyboard. I have researched how to solve it and just saw that I should uninstall the driver and restart and continue with whatever I wanted to do. However, this problem still continues and I'm not really sure what to do. Even after uninstalling it and restarting I still got a bluescreen for the same reason. I haven't really seen anything to fix this problem. The keyboard is any sta

Issue With Laptop's Keyboard While Playing Games

only thing i could really think of or suggest would be getting a controller to play games .. that would probably solve this problem or if you get a better keyboard to hook up to your laptop to use while gaming.. those are only solutions i could think of and that would work better.

 

Disabling laptop keyboard

I suggest you follow the steps below and check if that helps:

• Press Windows + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
• Find Keyboards in the list of devices and click the arrow to expand it.
  
• Right-click on the internal keyboard and click Disable. If there is no Disable option listed, click
  Uninstall.
• Click File>Exit. Your laptop’s internal keyboard should now be disabled.

Note: If you had to choose Uninstall instead of Disable in step 4, the keyboard will be automatically detected and re-installed if you ever have the Device Manager scan for new hardware for some reason. If that happens you’ll need to repeat this procedure
in order to uninstall it again.

Further you may also use the onscreen keyboard to check if that helps.
