Windows 10: Gaming laptop doesn’t turn on.

2 hours ago my laptop randomly froze while I was looking in google chrome. It was frozen for a hour when i finally got it to turn off. Now when its turned off the fans dont spin and the screen is black but the keyboard is still turned on and it has light. I was thinking that this might be a battery problem because i got this laptop in april 2020 so i dont think there is something like a motherboard broken. Btw i updated my drivers today on the amd software.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

I'll be glad for another solutions.
