Windows 10: Gaming Laptop HDD blue question mark and can't acess plz respond with any solutions

Hi I own a Asus gaming laptop and have been playing video games on it for about 2 years. The model is a GL503V Rog Strix. Before I got the blue question mark I was playing M&B2 Bannerlord and had a minor crash on it in which my computer restarted. After that Overwatch and TF2 began starting to crash at random times and force a restart on my Laptop. Then I recieved a key for Valorant and I played it for about two days and during those days it crashed three times and caused my laptop to restart those three times. Then on the 4th time I tried Valorant it immediately crashed once I loaded into a match and forced a restart into which I returned and the drive went missing and my games on the D drive had a blank page on it when I was on the desktop. This has happened to me before but I just restarted my Laptop and everything went back to normal. Ive tried looking it on my Disk managment and nothing came up. I tried repairing it through cmd and nothing worked. I even tried running it in safe mode then restarting it again and see if my disk would pop up and nothing has happened. Im wondering if anyone could help me solve this issue and see if it could be fixed. Sorry for any bad English

Question mark on HDD

my hdd has a blue question mark symbol on it. i cant access the drive and it is not shown on the disk management

Optical drive shows blue question mark and become non responsive

On a HP 650 Probook after migration from a native HDD to a Samsung SSD 850 Pro the DVD drive becomes non functional:
The optical drive works once in Windows 10 and only once, followed by a non recoverable failure state.

In Windows 10 the Optical drive letter shows a blue question mark and the eject button of the optical drive remains non responsive, even when starting up the PC.

Reverting back to the original native HDD (swapping the Samsung SSD to the original HDD), makes the optical drive functional again.

Any idea how to fix the issue of the non recognised Optical drive in Windows 10 when an Samsung SSD is installed on the HP 650 Probook?

Troubleshooting suggestions from HP support were applied without success (e.g. registry key removal of Lower and Upperfilters on registry key
