    Gaming laptop preinstalled apps are gone


    Hey, i have a infiniy gaming laptop. i recently noticed my windows defender wasnt working so i reset my laptop and that fixed now but the preinsalled app is gone now. I still have my nivida apps but nothing else. i dont have any record of what the app is called.My laptop - Infinity O5-4R7G5Ti Black 15.6inch Ryzen 7 GTX 1650 Ti Gaming Laptop. Factory reset but i kept my personal files.Windows 11Thanks

    Can you tell me more about this one:

    • How did you uninstall all the preinstalled games on your user account?
    • Did you use a powershell command or is it through the Settings app?

    I have been using windows 10 for a while and then one day all my tiles are gone, the store app, microsoft edge, or anything i downloaded from the store is gone and the only applications that are left are the stuff i downloaded online and for some reason
    it says it's all new. Please help!!!

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
