Windows 10: Gaming: Microsoft Jewels of Rome purchased items disappeared.

I recently made a purchase in the Jewels of Rome game. Initially, the purchase showed up in the game but after a restart, it's dissapeared. I have logged out and logged back in, but I can't get it back.

Jewels of Rome Match 3 game from Microsoft Store - Game not working properly

Wondering if anyone is having the same problem as me with this game and has any ideas on a 'fix' for it. I'm running 'Jewels of Rome' on Windows 10 laptop for almost a year. Installation and game play has been fine up until late 2019.

Twice (once around Nov/Dec 2019 and now from end of March 2020) I have opened the game as usual to find that it opens but is extremely slow to load. Once opened the animation is running so slow and staggered it makes it impossible to continue playing.

The first time I just left it till Feb and it had somehow righted itself. This time it won't.

So I've tried the following: I already have my 'updates' set to automatic but...

Manually checked for / installing game updates on Microsoft Store. There doesn't seem to be one.

'Troubleshooting Apps from Microsoft Store is a nope.

I contacted the game company who then replied asking for the exact same info I had already provided them. So they where of no help at all. They also added that resetting / re-installing the app wouldn't result in losing my game data which actually (as
far as know) would !!

My laptop is already updated with the latest Windows 10 update.

Just mildly annoying as I don't ever use 'real money buy-ins for games but I don't want to have to start the game again from scratch. Be grateful for any ideas if anyone has had this problem and fixed it.

 

Problems, information, tips, tutorial on Microsoft Jewel.

I have been playing Microsoft Jewel. Interesting game, but am hitting a wall. Can't find any help. Skimpy rules and play. I usually top out about 46,000 points. Game states "No Matches" and terminates. Anyone know any more about this game?

Swap Jewels to Match:

Match 3 or more identical jewels in a single move to make a match and watch as it magically disappear. Drag, click, or tap a jewel to move it vertically or horizontally in the direction to complete a match. To earn the most points, fill up the color meters to complete each level and add score multipliers to your next board. The game ends when you run out of moves.

 

games disappeared from my game list

The games, which I purchased from Microsoft Store, disappeared from my game list. I cannot find them anywhere.
