Windows 10: Gaming PC Frozen and making buzzing noise!

I have a Gaming PC built 6-7 months ago by a company named Apex Gaming and I had this custom built with a liquid cooler, and I have Windows 11. It’s never had this issue until now I recently undated windows to whatever the newer software is and I haven’t touched my PC in about 2 months but it doesn’t like me streaming I experience drop frame terribly on OBS for Twitch. But most important part is it just started freezing here recently then makes a buzzing sound. Then I fixed it and then told me to reopen that same game it can’t open so I deleted it and redownload was fine yesterday after that t

Hi, forgive the obvious questions:

Do they make this noise when not connected to your PC, and with no leads connected?

Does the buzzing vary as you adjust the volume?



If you only hear buzzing when connected to your PC:

- what happens if you use analogue headphones instead?
- have you used a different lead?

 

New PC build, buzzing noise when playing game


I finished building my first PC, and it seems to be doing pretty great for the most part. But when I was playing a game, I noticed a light buzzing sound coming from my PC after a while. I then closed the game and the noise went away after a couple of seconds. A little while later I restarted the game, and after (if I had to guess) 15-20 minutes, the buzzing noise came back. It's not super loud or anything, but definitely noticeable and kind of annoying, and so far only seems to be coming up while running a game.

Laptop is fully frozen and makes buzzing sound.

My ASUS Windows 11 laptop is completely frozen and it makes a weird buzzing noise. I've already tried key shortcuts, turning off and device managers but I can't do anything on the laptop to save it as it is fully frozen.

A water bottle fell down on it with very less force and it landed on the f4, f5 keys. I really hope this question gets sorted out very soon because I'm actually quite worried that I'll lose all data on it.
