Windows 10: Gaming PC Issue booting

Hello I'm having some issue booting as my m.2 ssd is now giving me blue screens stating INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE.I was messing with xmp one of my friends asked my of this I've reset the bios and got a windows to go boot just fine...But I have no idea how to fix the ssd without destroying the data.

• What is the exact issue are you facing games? Is it a online game or playing through any app?
• Is this issue specific to any game?
• Do you get any error message while trying to play?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
