  1. Gaming PC Slowing Down For No Reason

After I got a gaming PC a little over a year ago, i find the graphics to slow down very bad. I reset the PC, ran disk defragment, disk cleanup, system configuration, indexing files, etc. And it's still NOTHING HAS HELPED I've recently took a two week break from my PC, i went back on it and my frames were 120 and it was better than normal, after 30 mins it dropped to my average frame rate [60-80] on Roblox. When i originally first got my PC it was like 240 frames for months, then my PC started to lag real bad and then it went up and I hated it, and still hasn't improved ever since. Is there a WAY I can IMPROVE IT without improving it?

    :)
