Windows 10: Gaming Pin Locks

I am 13 so I have an admin my dad on my computer that has to verify before I do certain things. Recently I have downloaded a game called Genshin Impact and the download was fine I asked him if I could get it and he put in his pin. About 2 hours later it was done and I started playing and then I got off. When I came back to my computer and tried to play it a screen popped up asking me to put in my admin's pin. I assumed it was a update thing so I went to him and he put in his pin. About 2 - 3 hours later I got off for dinner and then went back to play and it asked for the pin again. This time I knew it was not an update because nothing had changed about the game the first time. My Dad has work everyday and I can't physically open this game without him being here to verify it. We have had this issue before with minecraft java where I would try to launch it and it would ask for the pin but it only happened a few times.

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

 

MS Store Games

Thank you for keeping us updated on this query.

When you download a Game or an App from Windows Store, the location where the files and folders related to the Game or an App will be located in
WindowsApps folder at Program Files which can be accessed from C: drive.

Step 1: You can search the Game or an App you downloaded using
Cortana by following the steps below:

• Click on Start key on the Keyboard and type the game name in the search box. The downloaded game will show in the top most search result.
  
• Click on the game and check if you can access the game.

Step 2: To pin the game on the taskbar, follow the steps below:

• Search for the game using Cortana by following the steps above.
• Right click on the game and select Pin to Taskbar option.
• Close the window and check if the game is pinned to taskbar.

Unable to find pinned games on Start menu in Windows 10

Hi Mark,

As you are facing issues with finding the pinned apps/ games on your device, do not worry we will help you with this issue.

Do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• Are you referring to pinning the games to Start menu?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?
• Were you able to find for the games using search option on Taskbar?

I suggest you to press Windows key, click on All apps to find if these games are present.
