Windows 10: Gaming setting in windows settings

Hi, im on windows version 22h2 using windows 10, and for the longest time i dont have the gaming tab in my settings, I have tried every possible way to get this settings tab but nothing seems to work, i've tried to download the media feature pack but there isn't one for my version. So my question is, how do i get this setting tab into my settings?

Sound card amplification settings

Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.

 

Game controller ID settings

Hi Joe,

Thank you for the update. I understand your concern.

I would suggest you to look for the Devices settings in Control Panel and check if the game controllers are listed. If so, refer to the following steps to alter the settings and check if these are helpful in resolving your issue.

a. Right click on one of your game controllers and click Game Controller Settings. Note where in the list it is. If it is not at the top proceed to the next step.

b. Right click and remove all your other controllers (not the 360/gamepad) and let them reinstall automatically.

c. Once complete right click and check the list again and see if the 360 controller/gamepad is at the top. If so, give the game another try and see if it detects your controller.

If the issue still persists, restart your console and then try to reconnect your controller.

Window Setting Gaming problem

• Have you made any changes on your computer prior to this concern?
• When did the issue start?
• Were you able to turn on the Game bar without any problem before?

Since the Game bar option is also not available on the Xbox app. I suggest that you manually uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. To do this, you may follow the steps below:

• Click Start > All apps > Windows PowerShell.
• Right-click Windows PowerShell and click More >
  Run as Administrator.
• In the Windows PowerShell window, copy and paste the command
  Get-AppxPackage*xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage and then press
  Enter.
• Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
