Windows 10: Garmin Express will not update

While attempting to update my Garmin GPS maps, the Garmin Express app that facilitates the installation states that an update to the app is required. When I try to update it, I continually get the message, "Install failed. Garmin Express could not be installed on this computer. Try again."I have tried all the steps on Garmin's website and went to the MS Support website where it recommended downloading and running "The Program Install and Uninstall” troubleshooter, but I am unable to download it because it is blocked as, “This type of file may harm your computer.” I am not sure if this is the

Garmin Express Not Launching

I can not get Garmin Express to launch on my computer. It was working prior to the last update. Garmin says its a Windows 10 issue and I'm confused because my friend has the same and no issue. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Any suggestions?

Garmin Express

I cannot Install Garmin Express 4.4.0 on Windows 10 64 bit. I receive windows error 2902.

I tried installing an earlier version 3.2.29 which appeared to install but would not launch but now I cannot uninstal it even using Microsoft Program_Install_and_Uninstall.meta. It removed the Elevated Installer folder from Programs(x86)/Garmin but Garmin
Express does not appear in the Microsoft Program_Install_and_Uninstall.meta list.

Although is still showing in Programs and Features but will not unistall using the Uninstall option there either.

I have also to removed the Garmin entry from services.msc from the registry as it was creating Windows error 2 when I tried to "start it"

I have contacted Garmin "customer support" but after giving some basic Windows for Dummies installation advice they now refuse to support me and advise I contact Microsoft which is a tactic they appear to use with anyone who has a more than basic problem
with their software.
