Windows 10: Gateway, laptop All keys but the power key won't work

It was working a second of before I walked away and it started going crazy and selecting random things. I tried restarting and then turned on the screen keyboard to log back in, but now none of the keys work aside from the power.

Hey lads.

Me mum is having some problems with her laptop.
Her function keys won't work for her anymore?

Would anyone have any ideas as to why this has happened?

 

PC Key Power Switch

Hey! I'm how do I make a PC key power switch? This is the keylock I'm going to use: http://www.biltema.com/no/Bil---MC/Bil-tilbehor/Bilelektrisk/Strombryter/Tenningslas-43076/
It has:

• Universal threepositioning ignitionlock. Has following functions: off, ignition and start (rebounding/momentary).
• Delivers with 2 keys.
• Screw-connection.
• Mountinghole: 25 mm.

So I want it to be exactly like this: You turn it on like a normal car. You twist the key to a certain point, and it springs back. Like in the video
The normal power button should not be involved. You just turn the key to start and stop. And I was wondering, in this situation the way I want this, it is possible to take the key out without turning the power off and do you turn it off by twisting it in the same direction again?

 

New laptop FN keys not working [Solved]

The FN key seems to be a toggle , I don't need to press it every time I want to adjust the volume or brightness.
With all my previous laptops I needed to press the FN key WITH the f key I needed to use, so it works slightly different on this laptop than what I'm used to.
