Windows 10: Gateway laptop doesn't show any networks during setup process

Hello. I have a Gateway laptop that's running Windows 11 that doesn't show any networks during the setup process. I think either the internal Wi-Fi card might be disconnected, or the drivers for the Wi-Fi adapter are corrupted/didn't get installed right, because I tried pressing Shift+F10 to access the task manager, and it did absolutely nothing. Do you possibly know what the problem is?

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
