Windows 10: Gears of War 4 download not working

I recently got a new pc and wanted to play some gears of war 4 i had not played in awhile. I went to the Microsoft store to re download it and nothing happens. I get no error prompts or anything. I click install and nothing happens. I dont remember having this issue whenever i first got this game any help would be appreciated.

The "software developer" is Microsoft. But there is no place to download this game!!!!!! I bought the paper tag from Best Buy and used the code. BUT NO GAME, LINK, DOWNLOAD OR ANYTHING IS PRESENTED BACK. This may be simple for some who are used to
it but not to me. so the game is not available and I am 0ut 60 bucks.

 

Gears of war 4 crashes

soo i downloaded gears of war 4 and it worked fine for couple hours until i restarted my computer and its stopped working its just shows the logo for 5 seconds,any suggestions i tried every thing from every forum.
