Windows 10: Gears of War 4 has not worked more that it has worked

The game is no longer working. After startup the logo crashes. This will be the third time now that I've had to re-download and install. Is there an actual fix for this game or someone with any understanding of whats going on. It's not a driver issue. It's not a startup issue. It's not a video card issue. Tired of wasting my bandwidth. Please advise. This is a known issue. Game is not that old, are refunds available? This is !@#$%&* ridiculous. This game has not worked more that it has worked. I will never purchase a game from the microsoft store again. Please advise how to fix this once working game for the third time now! Not sure what to do. Feeling ripped off!

soo i downloaded gears of war 4 and it worked fine for couple hours until i restarted my computer and its stopped working its just shows the logo for 5 seconds,any suggestions i tried every thing from every forum.
