    Geek Squad not able to login my Microsoft Acct

    My Dell computer is currently being looked at by the Geek Squad. I do not know what version I have on it....possible 10. But Geek Squad cannot log in to my Microsoft account to work on it. They have the correct email address and password. Why can't they?

    Airplane Mode will not turn off, The Geek Squad could not even help

    I have Brand new Asus 19.5 2 in 1 with windows 10 installed, Airplane mode is stuck on The Geek Squad says it is a Microsoft Windows 10 Bug. Could really use some help here, thanks in advance.

    Geek Squad not able to access my computer to investigate a malware warning.

    What method is being used to access your PC? Are there any error messages? Have you tried turning off your firewall? Why hasn't Geek Squad helped you with this? You should be aware that Best Buy's Geek Squad is probably the worst possible source for
    tech support.
