Windows 10: Geeting Error "4448" When Repairing Windows using Image File

Hi There,My windows system is not starting windows 10, home edition and when trying to troubleshoot it is not fixing and taking me back to the troubleshooting screen and not letting me to log into windows and it is happening for a couple of months and I'm not able to log into my system.Now I was trying to use a Windows image file to repair my Windows and during the replacing process of the Windows file with the Windows image file I'm getting an error "Error 4448: The WOF driver encountered a corruption in the compressed file's Resource Table. The DISM log file can be found at X:\windows\Logs

DISM error 4448, what file is "corrupted"

I'm unable to book Windows 10 (even in safe-mode). Lots of help posts suggest running DISM and SFC. But, 23.5%, I am getting error 4448, which I cannot resolve:

Error 4448: The WOF driver encountered a corruption in the compressed file's Resource Table.

Is the error because my USB is a mismatched version of Win10? Is the "compressed file" referring to the g:\sources\install.esd file?

• .../source:wim:g:\sources\install.esd:6... with the same result
  
• I have ensured that I am using the dism command on the same drive as the esd file, same result
  
• I have tried it with other bootable Windows 10 install versions with the same result
  

 

Error 4448

Every time I start up the computer, widows 10 creates an empty folder. I also have seen the error message 4448 when probing the problem.

Please explain this in more detail, where is that new empty folder created and if possible please provide a screenshot or photo of the 4448 error
