Windows 10: General question

I realize this doesn't pertain directly to Microsoft. I just trying to seek an answer. This morning I opened my computer and I haven't opened a browser. This popup was on my screen. It reads: Security Alert. Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed? Yes. No. View Certificate.


Yesterday, when I closed the browser, all cookies, etc. were deleted. Any thoughts as to why this is on the computer screen the next day? I haven't done anything with it. I've left it on my monitor screen until I can find out what's up with it.

Hi all,

I have a general question. Are people on this site that are listed as Microsoft Support Engineer actually Microsoft employees? Or are they IT specialists with qualifications such as MCSE, MCP, etc?

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
