Windows 10: General stability problems, exception code violation 0xc0000005

I am having issues with Windows 11 in general. I built a new machine that was running windows 10, and pretty much everything in Win 11 is less stable when running the same software. The most common crash is a CTD that generates an exception code 0xc0000005. The source will be either the application in question, or DWM.exe.I have updated all my drivers, run windows update, done a ram check, done a system file check, stress tested the machine, and all the 'basics' that are generally recommended whenever there are issues like this. Method 2: Reset the Xbox app.

1. Open Settings app from Start Menu or using WIN+I hotkey.
   
2. Then
   click on Apps and make sure you’re in Apps & features section.
   
3. Click on Xbox app and then click on Advance options.
   
4. Then click on Reset.

Method 3: Reinstall XBOX App.

1. Open Powershell and run it as Administrator. To open it, you can right click on Start menu.
   
2. Then type the following command:
   Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
   
3. Restart your computer.

Forza horizon 5 PC game error Exception code: 0xc0000005

Thanks for your response. I tried all the steps sequentially. When I restarted the computer, I got same problem after launching the game as administrator. In the event viewer I got same exception code : 0xc0000005.
