Windows 10: Generic Audio driver detected and missing Windows Audio in services

Hello i'm writing this in hope to be able to fix this issue that i have. I used the troubleshooting tool because i was hearing some popping/crackling inside my headphones while listening to music; the troubleshooting pointed out as an issue the " generic audio driver detected ". I googled it around and stumbled on some fixes that mentioned going into services and finding " Windows Audio " and by doing this i saw that in my services there's no Windows audio. So i'm here to ask for help to solve both problems.I have an Asus ROG Strix Laptop with Windows 11 installed on it. All my drivers are up

Generic Audio Driver "detected" in troubleshoot

You don't have generic audio driver.

Generic audio driver would be "high device audio device".

DCH drivers are usually called Realtek(R) Audio. Legacy drivers are called "Realtek High Definition Audio".

But some computer manufactuers call their DCH drivers as "Realtek High Definition Audio" for marketing reasons to fool consumers.

I did a troubleshoot scan on my audio driver and i got the generic audio driver issue detected, so i went to my device manager and uninstalled and reinstalled those 2 drivers pictured below





and i got the same "generic audio driver" result problem when i ran another scan from troubleshoot, so i don't know what to do now!
