Windows 10: generic Bluetooth gamepad n-sl has inverted buttons and joy sticks. how to reconfigure/remap?

i tried downloading xbox accessories to remap it - but the controler doesn't register as an xbox game pad. game pad has previously worked correctly game pad doesn't like to get detected by windows. i'm not sure what magic i conjure up to make it get detected and work. I'd love a generic keymapper / joystick inverter. unfortunately the game i'm playing doesn't have this option. game pad specs = n-sl wireless controllerinput dc 5v 550mA

Trying to remap gamepad buttons

Hello,

I was wondering if there's anyway I can remap my gamepad's button assignments? Ideally, I'd rather not do this for a specific game/application, but rather in general.

Right now, I have one of those PS2 to USB adapters. While it works just fine, the buttons assignments are a bit screwy. Usually, most games I play with this gamepad allow for me to just remap button assignments within the game. But, this year's Madden NFL title is giving everyone fits; users cannot remap "pre-snap" button commands. *Frown

Anyway, I was just curious if there's some software or registry tweak that would allow me to change my gamepad buttons?

Oh, and I think it might be worth mentioning that I went into my Registry and changed my gamepad's name. While that now allows Madden to recognize my device as a Logitech, the button assignments are still incorrect, (or correct...depending on how you look at it *Wink ).

Generic PC Gamepad on windows 10 wrong mapping

Dear all

I am having trouble with a generic PC gamepad on windows 10. When I connect the gamepad, the windows recognizes as "PS(R) Gamepad" but with a wrong mapping, i.e. button 3 is recognized as button 5, button 5 is 7, 6 is 8, and so on.

I can't play many games eventhough I make in-game adjustment since some buttons are missing.

I bought a new game gamepad of different manufacturer but I have the exactly wrong mapping problem.

is there an option to do a remap?

I went to the menu Devices and Printers -> right click on gamepad -> properties -> configuration but I don't have the remap option, only to calibrate both joysticks.

Before it was working perfectly but I had to reinstall windows 10 and now I have this problem. Maybe it is because a new driver.

Windows installs wrong driver for a generic Bluetooth Gamepad

Ok apparently there is a chinese company called Saitake that keeps developing bluetooth gamepads for android devices in all shapes and sizes that you can even get to customize colors / brand name / even form of gamepad upon an order of 15 pieces , sadly they do not have an official website nor ever released a windows driver , Microsoft however decided to nag the company back by keeping a trend of installing an odd generic driver that is 15 / 18 / 20 / 25 buttons per whichever model despite most are 12 buttons , now the requirement should be if anyone came across and/or better made a driver that acts on just those 12 buttons in the right way and order ?

I have decided to pair my generic 12 buttons android gampad with windows for a player 2 usage on some games , and like always windows show some love by installing a 15 buttons gamepad generic driver for it , now this would have been nice if only the last 3 buttons were useless but however it decided to pick 2 of the main buttons to make useless (Y,B they got assigned to be buttons 7 and 9 or so) and make the right rocker axis shifted 90 degrees .

So why i use the term generic is simply because despite the cool packaging and looks the gamepad is one of those chinese white box pads (they print ATick on this baby for a brand) with no official support online . so my best shot is yet to install the generic windows 12 buttons driver for it so , any idea how to do that ?

P.S the gamepad works perfectly on android phones with 3 modes : gamepad , mouse , I (Whatever that I does)
