    Hello community,I'm experiencing an issue with Dell Latitude 5440 laptops following motherboard replacements performed by Dell technicians. After the replacement, I use Michael Niehaus's script to retrieve hardware ID for Autopilot registration. While the Service Tag or SN was correctly tattooed back onto the motherboard, the Product ID consistently shows a generic value 3305000000000.This generic Product ID is identical across multiple devices, and as a result, the laptops fail to register with Windows Autopilot on Intune.Troubleshooting steps already attempted:BIOS reset and reflashing wit

    question for your comment "Removing the device enrollment ID from Windows Autopilot Devices specifically removes the device's association with Autopilot V1. This prevents the device from automatically enrolling with Autopilot V1 during the next setup."

    if we have done this step that means we break the connection between the device and the tenant, why would it be stored in the background? and if for a moment we agree to it then how to access that piece of portal?
