Windows 10: Genshin Impact Crashes on Launch + FF14 Directx Error

After Launching the game, the 'HOYOVERSE' logo shows up then crashes. After looking at the temp error logs it says it's caused by an d3d11.dll access violation.For reference I'm using a Lenovo Legion Y740 RTX 2080 Max Q Laptop Windows 11 Directx12.I have already pretty much everything I can on the internet from:1. Reinstalling Windows2. Checking/Updating/Reinstalling Drivers3. SFC Scan/Health Scans4. Reinstalling Genshin5. Shift + Enter when launching game to play on fastest graphics6. Lowest Resolution possible in Windows Mode7. Disable all the relay's8. Running as Administrator9. Verified Fi

I understand that you have encountered the problem that the computer freezes when you play Genshin Impact, and prompts to force TDR to be ignored.



You can try disabling TDR to see if that helps.



Press win+R, enter regedit and run, find

Create a Dword value TdrLevel under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers and assign it to 0

Genshin Impact crashes ZFProxyWeb.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)

Hey,

I've been able to run the game Genshin Impact just fine for about 1 year, yet overnight the game started crashing on launch. Thus I decided to check the temp file where I found the following error message:

I then decided to reinstall the game in order to try and fix the issue, but sadly it persisted. Now I get a similair yet different error:
