Windows 10: German keyboard layout in Japanese Microsoft-IME

Learning Japanese at the moment I want to learn to type in Japanese too. Although, I am very accustomed to the 'y'- and 'z'-key position to be like in the german layout, i.e. switched comparing it with the US layout. Whenever I want to write a character of the z- or y-series they get mixed up.Is there a way to just switch these two keys or rather change the whole layout in the IME-layout to the german one while maintaining the ability to change between scripts using the SHIFT/ALT/CTRL+CAPS LOCK key combinations?I do not want to "just deal with it" and just use the switched up y and z. Japanese IME with German QWERTZ-Layout

I am using Windows 10.

Being german, my keyboard has the german QWERTZ layout.

I want to write in Japanese, so I am using Microsoft-IME.

I can set the Hardware Keyboard to english or japanese layout, but there is no other layout available.

I don't see the reason why microsoft excluded every other existing layout.

I tried using third-party IME, but those use the same configuration as Microsoft-IME.

How can I set the hardware keyboard layout to standard german QWERTZ (or any other layout)?

I can set the layout for other languages freely, why not for japanese?

I did add the input language japanese(日本語), as well as german(Deutsch (Deutschland)), english and french.

In the options screen for japanese, I only have the option to:

• download handwriting
• further settings for speech recognition
• change layout of hardware keyboard (only japanese and english keyboard available)
• remove/add new keyboard (Microsoft-IME or third party IME)
• configure Microsoft-IME

Thus I assume the language package has already been intalled.

In Region & language in the language list, there is also written that the language pack is installed for japanese.

Could you please inform me how to correct the Japanese keyboard layout with kbdus.dll step by step? I have no idea what "kbdus.dll" is.
