Windows 10: "Get an app to open this windows defender link" error in Windows 11 [Resolved]

Hey, My PC was not able to open Windows Security App. I tried various methods to resolve this issue, but FAILED to resolve. Those methods were:1. Reset the Windows Security App and tapped the repair button.2. Written commands on PowerShell as Administrator. Those were: i Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers Reset-AppxPackage ii Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml”}3. Tried Windows Store Troubleshooter4. Checked for any corrupted files but there wasn't any5. Checked for any pending u

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Installing Apps on Windows 10 Has Windows Defender Finding Malware

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

• 
  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
