Windows 10: "Get an app to open this windowsdefender link" problem

I just repair my HP laptop, and after that, all of my system app are gone, but i manage to get it back, there's only one issue, that windows defender link thing.i have tried that powershell commandGet-AppXPackage -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}but still nothing happeni also tried sfc scannowget-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers Reset-AppxPackageand many other waysi dont know what to do

I am using this command on powershell to get rid of the "You'll need a new app to open this windowsdefender link" message :

But it's not able to find the path in the command :

Does the Windows Security window open correctly now? Also, if the installation was successful, running the windowsdefender:// command via Start/Run should open the Windows Security dialog.
