Windows 10: Get back into BIOS from black screen before sign in

Earlier this summer, after an issue with a power bar and the outlet it's plugged into, the operating system was wiped from:Windows 10 Home Asus PCC:/. Sandisk 500 GBD:/ WDC. 1TB8 GB RAMAMD Ryzen 5 2400G processor sorry, this was all I could rememberI managed to bring it back until yesterday. Same problem as last time. My husband fixed the outlet now.The screen said "Insert boot disk and press any key". I once again made a media installation disk and everything seemed okay. Only this time, my C Drive was missing and I do not know a thing about partitioning so my then D drive has beco
