    Windows 10 update error code 0x80245006

    I have just recently updated to windows 10 and now have the update error code 0x80245006 when tying to update windows as well as updating my windows apps.

    Can someone please assist?

    Hi, apparently error code 0x80245006 means: "The response from the redirector server had an error status or was invalid."

    Another interpretation is
    The error code 80245006 means that a file required by Windows Update is missing or damaged.

    Windows Update Error (0x80245006)

    Tried the above steps and restarted my PC.
    Still the same issue while checking for updates.
