Windows 10: Get Help and Feedback Hub crashes

Split from this thread.The biggest irony, for me at least, is that if I open ANY Settings page and click on "Get help" or "Give feedback" in the sidebar, those two apps also crash instantly. It's impossible for me to use these features as of the latest Windows Update.

Feedback Hub freezed. Reinstall doesn't help.

To resolve this issue, let's clear the Windows Store app cache and then re-install the Feedback Hub again. To clear, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type CMD, and right-click CMD
  from the results.
• Click Run as administrator.
• Type wsreset, and press Enter.

We also suggest that you download and install any pending updates that need to be installed on the computer through Windows Update and check if it helps resolve the issue.

Feedback hub slow to open

Hi,

App loading issues are usually caused by slight conflicts within the system. We suggest that you reset the Feedback Hub app and check if it helps:

• Click on Start, and then Settings.
• Go to Apps.
• In Apps & features, look for Feedback Hub.
• Click on Feedback Hub, and then click on
  Advanced options.
• Click on Reset.
